I had a diffuser on the on camera flash and bounced that off the ceiling.  Then I had Janine handholding a wireless flash off to the left so that the lady in orange would receive plenty of light without the gentlemen up close receiving too much, and to fill in shadows.  Those little wireless flashes are nice.
