Hi Elizabeth,

Thanks for the comment!

It is great to hear that you learned about, and were able to experience an amazing place like Fonts point through the blog. Makes the effort to post worthwhile!

Pumpkin Patch is a longer drive then the road to Fonts Point, and involves a making turns at a couple of intersections - but they are fairly well marked. It would be hard to describe, but they can mark the route for you at the Visitor Center.

You do need a vehicle with moderate clearance. I have never needed 4x4 in my pickup, but the extra clearance was nice. My folks followed us in there in some sort of little rental SUV with 4 wheel drive - it had really low clearance for a 4 wheel drive, but they still made it by picking there way around the taller rocks.

Thanks,

Ron

Thanks for sharing your wonderful set of Anza Borrego, they are all very inspiring photo. I've been here in San Diego for 4 years already but I only been to Anza Borrego twice. In fact, I only know of Font's Point from your site last spring, I am glad I came across your site otherwise, I would not have witnessed that unique beauty of Font's Point. Thanks a lot for all your sharing that makes us all aware how beautiful our world is, even in just our own backyard. Maybe, I'll try Pumpkin Patch someday, is it a difficult drive? Many many thanks again.

This place to most people is like being on Mars! It's plenty sad when you can't see all kinds of nature. Great photo!!

I think at times I do too many. I wonder if there are standards. It does really seem to vary by photo. Setting up a thesaurus in IMatch has sure speed up the process and improved our consistency.

It varies a lot, but I doubt I come up with 50! I would say 20-30 is maybe the average. I should definitely be adding more I think! Have you ever seen a industry target or goal that people should shoot for?

Thank you very much guys, I appreciate it!

You know Mark, I think I end up with around 50 keywords, unless there is an animal, person or a person performing an activity, then that number goes up a lot.

You can see our keywords if you use the search-able feature, and click on the thumbnail - or by clicking on the Buy a Print link on one of our regular pages that contain a large image.

How many do you usually have?

Thanks,

Ron

Wow, what a great variety of work Ron. Looks like a great place, especially that pumpkin patch.

Just curious, how many keywords would you guess you do per image?

Great work Ron, looks even better now with the larger photos on the site. I hadn't heard of the park either before the big bloom of 2005.
