I fell a bit behind on my editing / captioning / key-wording on our last trip, so now I’m sitting here in Alaska, looking out the window at fresh falling snow, and looking at my monitor and seeing images of warm red rock – it is kind of fun really!

This was from our three day trip along the White Rim Trail from just over a month ago.

For some reason now everytime I think of Canyonlands, I get stuck on thinking about Les Stroud and his Survivorman show on CNP. :)

I am loving the White Rim images as it is an area of Canyonlands I have never even heard of, much less seen photos from there. It’s definitely on my list when I eventually make it out there. Beautiful work and love the lighting.

Gary, LOL – I haven’t seen that one.

Thanks a lot Drew! You need to book campsites well in advance, but when you make it to Moab, it is a must do!

Beautiful image, Ron! I love the warm diffused light.
For your captioning pleasure, that is a Singleleaf Ash.
