I visited the Transfiguration Chapel over 20 yrs ago and was so overwhelmed by the presence of the Holy Spirit that I could not contain my tears. I was reading the welcome statement at the little covered portico leading to the chapel. My husband and I had no idea what we were going to see. We saw a sign on the highway pointing to a photography museum and the Chapel was near so we went to look. I saw men as well as women brushing
tears as they came out of the Chapel. The beauty is just awesome and the Spirit is so strong.
I have looked at these sights online and none of them reprint the message that welcomes
you and tells you about the Chapel. That message also contains scripture if my memory
serves me.

Thanks Guys!

Gary - yeah my webhost had my website down since I hadn't updated WordPress in a year or so - it is probably a security issue. So then I updated and now all my old posts have a crazy A character. I hate to mess with things when they work! After reading Mark's comment, it sounds like they are contagious!

I am lucky to be out traveling - although my yard is full of weeds - yours is sounding really nice.

Mark - that is interesting you had the same problem. You know, it does look like a flat screen tv up there. That would be handy for those cloudy Sundays!

Richard - Lately I have been using Photomerge with Photoshop CS3. I uncheck the box "Blend Images together" as I prefer to blend them myself with a layer mask.

Thanks,

Ron

Mark said exactly what I was thinking. The Tetons look like an illuminated picture display of sorts. And I like how the cross is silhouetted in front of them. How are you putting together the HDR? I've tried using my pano software to do it but the instructions are too technical for me to understand.

I think you caught the characters from me - I updated WP a month or so ago and caught them. I didn't feel it was right that only I should have to delete them all. :-)

You wanna hear something funny Ron - and somewhat disturbing that I thought of this.?... That picture window almost looks like a big screen, high def TV there instead of a window. Wouldn't that be a bit ironic?! ha! :-)

Ron:

Whaddya mean, update wordpress? Uh oh, is this something I need to do. Maybe something might now be wrong with mine, and I don't know it? What are these little characters? Is any of this contagious? :)

As always, enjoying your posts. You're so lucky. Let me tell you about my travels this summer. (big pause) Ok. Done.

Cheers,
