Ron, nice capture of Victoria at night! I wished I could have stayed in Victoria overnight to view it’s splendor at night during my recent visit, something for next time. Here is another view of the Empress from my visit (about a week after yours).

This is really beautiful! I’ve always enjoyed views of the Empress, but this one is unique!
