I love shots like this (ie. a distant object in the fog). Reminds me a bit of William Neill’s recent shot in OP using a tree in the foreground, and a tree in the back in fog. Well done and well seen Ron.
Its the subtle components of this photo that make it special for me. The faint shapes of the other boats really add a great dimension to the image. Very neat shot Ron.

wow. I like that subtle framing depth layer going on. I didn’t see the boats in the back initially.

I can smell and feel this scene. Wood soaked in fish guts and salt water, rusty metal, and the chill of the moist fog. Great scene Ron!

I see scenes like this in Tarpon Spring, FL when the shrimp boat travel in and out early mornings.
