There was a fox den near where we staying in Wyoming, but unfortunately the kits were rarely seen. I could regularly find and watch the adult, but not the young. The last night I had my telephoto lens with me, I got a very brief look at both kits. One, was a beautiful red- I just missed getting a shot of that kit, but I did get one shot of the darker “cross” fox kit minutes before the sunset! I was very fortunate.
We are back in Alaska now, it is nice to be home. Alaska is sure beautiful this time of year!
