I love the look of the town. And the rain illuminating the brickstone walks. Very pretty!

Great idea with the sidewalk reflections Ron. I hadn't ever thought of that before. It rains down here from Thursday til maybe Saturday so maybe you want to stay in Vancouver until this weekend.

Thanks everybody!

Kris, I forgot you were from Vancouver. Ironically we had driven up to Cypress Mountain this morning on our way Whistler and I we spotted that great viewpoint on our way up. I didn't stop, it was too cloudy and foggy, but made a mental note for future trips. That is a great image - perfect viewpoint.

Thanks,

Ron

Welcome to Vancouver Ron.
Looking out the window it seems that you're not really lucky with the weather today... but tomorrow might be good :)
If you've got some clear weather, head up the road to Cypress mountain. There is a viewpoint not so far up where you get a superb view of Vancouver (http://www.flickr.com/photos/kristaeleman/3227445156/). You might take some good sunrise/sunset shots from there and it's basically on the way to whistler.
