Wanna know how a cooked California brain works after hitting our first unseasonal record setting heat spell?

I read this and half my brain saw, "How'd I catch the Ferris Wheel?" to which the other half of my brain answered, "With Rope and a very big Hook!"

Hi Dennis,

For wildlife, I often shoot with my aperture at or near wide open in either aperture priority mode or manual mode. If I'm on the water, I will use manual mode because the reflecting light seems to really fool the meter, other wise I use aperture priority - then I can add or subtract compensation quickly with my thumb. I do a couple of other things that I hope to right about shortly.

Thanks,

Ron

Ron, thanks for the answers. Another question-what setting do you normally start with when you are photographing a bear or other wildlife? and any other special things you do?
