Ice Cave

Ice Cave

Janine and Troy look down on Prince William Sound from an ice cave in Cataract Glacier.

Admittedly, this wasn’t the safest place to be hanging out, but the amazing blue glow coming from the ice inside this Alaska glacier cave made it hard not to do a little exploring.  The blocks of ice on the floor were a constant reminder of the danger.  We limited our time in there to about a minute, but it was a very memorable minute!

I have seen the blue a hundred times in photo’s and I still can’t get over how blue the ice is! I will have to see in in person someday!
