Joshua trees at sunset at the appropriately named Joshua Tree National Park, California.
Since we have been up since 3:30, I’m going to keep this short because I need a nap. We had a great time there – saw my first bobcat this morning!

Hey Ron,
You got up around when I went to bed. I’m a party hog.
Congrats on seeing the cat – I’ve still never seen one.
Photo is killin’, as usual.
Get some rest.
Cheers
Carl
Great shot Ron. It looked like it was going to be a nice sunset with the clouds last night.
Very nice Ron. Colors are gorgeous. Congrats on the cat sighting, now you just need to get that cat on film! I’ve seen a couple but never gotten to photograph a live one, only a fresh roadkill.
Sweetness! I wanna go back to Josh! Have a great nap!
Stunning, simply stunning!
Thanks everyone!
I wish I could have photographed the bobcat. It was still very exciting to see. It looked just like a lynx, Drew could probably explain the difference.
Laurent – I had a great nap!
Very beautiful Ron
Brilliant, Ron! What a superb photographer you are!
Kind regards from Western Australia.
Thanks a lot Noella!
Beautiful! I never would have thought to focus through the tree in that way.
