Sunset over Lynn Canal, near Juneau, Alaska. This was the captured the same day as the last two posts.
This was a 6 second exposure at f/16 and iso 160. I used a tripod and a three stop graduated neutral density filter placed so that the dark portion ran along the shoreline. I also used a little bubble level in the hot shoe – I like to use a level when shooting around water because it is very obvious if the camera isn’t level.
