I spent the morning photographing landscapes in the McDowell Mountain Regional Park, but I couldn’t pass up two Cardinals who kept flying around near me. The McDowell Mountain Regional Park is a great spot; lots of great trails and beautiful scenery. It has some of the best mountain biking trails I have ever seen – it is easy to see why the Mountain Biking National Championships will be held here later this winter.
