You know I drove by the Salton Sea a number of times last winter when we were at Anza-Borrego, and I had intended to photograph the area, but never did. The wildflowers were too much of a distraction! It is still there, and it is still pretty desolate. It would have been interesting to see that car lot. Is the Salton Sea still around anymore? I haven't been to southern Cal in a couple of years, about a year & 1/2. The furtherest south I went was La Jolla . Awesome cliffs, as you know!!
