Native Rock Art Ron Niebrugge December 17, 2007Las Vegas, Nevada, Photos, Travel 2 Comments Native rock art, Christmas Tree Pass (timely name), Lake Mead Recreation Area, Nevada. Having wildflowers around just provides that many more composition possibilities, even for something like native American rock art.
Michael GordonDecember 17, 2007 at 10:08 am Hi Ron! I was just climbing at Xmas Tree Pass about three weeks ago! The quality and amount of rock art at Grapevine Cyn is incredible. Merry Christmas!
RonDecember 17, 2007 at 1:13 pm Hey Michael, Great to hear from you! Yeah, this was Grapevine Canyon – it is a really cool place. There is a great little oasis up the canyon a little ways – right down your photographic ally, you probably saw it. I could spend a week in that little canyon. Merry Christmas, Ron
