
As a follow up to the Night Blooming Cactus flower photo, I thought I would post a photo to show how the buds appear at sunset on the night they bloom. These three all bloomed this night, beginning within hours of this photo.

Beautiful!
Thanks for posting your night blooming cactus photos. We have one that is blooming for the first time, even as I type this note. It is beautiful. It began to open just at sunset and is much larger and beautiful now at 8:30 PM. We are near Payson, AZ; at 3200 feet elevation.
