Northern Lights

Northern Lights

Northern Lights last night near Tern Lake, Alaska.

The satellites were showing an amazing solar storm yesterday afternoon that treated much of the lower 48 to Northern Lights.  I was able to find this brief but beautiful bit of color, but for the most part the show up here last night didn’t do much.  There is pretty good chance they will be out again tonight so I will keep my fingers crossed.

Excellent picture, I’ll have to get some tips from you on shooting the Northern Lights
