Pedersen Lagoon, Kenai Fjords National Park, Alaska.
The last 8 photos I have posted on Kenai Fjords, along with the photo in my Graduated Neutral Density filter post were all captured in this amazing location. I tried to describe it early on, but I think this aerial view really on a feel for this place. Ailaik Bay is in the foreground.

Small jpegs just don’t do shots like this justice of course, but gorgeous shot. You have certainly captured the majesty of Alaska in so many of your shots Ron.
Is that Carl’s shack in the middle of that drift? 🙂

Thank a lot Mark.
That would be a great place for Carl’s Shack!
Hey Ron,
Stunning view. What an awesome flight that must’ve been!
My shaq’s in the woods by a glacier, but not on the water. I can’t afford the rent down in your neck of the state. 🙂
Sweet shot.
Cheers
Carl

Hi Ton, You are right, Niebrugge is a Dutch name. I don’t know the details of my ancestors, but clearly some of them were Dutch. Thanks!
