I hiked up Coyote Canyon to the Desert Gardens there on my last trip. It's a fun hike! I haven’t been to Anza-Borrego myself recently, my last visit there was in May ‘07. Keep following the blog - I should have more to report as the week progresses, but for a one day trip I would drive at least halfway to Salton Sea on S22 - that area is getting better.
