Reno Skyline

Reno Skyline

 Reno Skyline at night.

We scouted out a number of 4×4 dirt roads in the hills around Reno and ended up shooting the skyline at a couple of them.  I think this location is my favorite.  This was shot with a Canon 100-400 at 400 and will eventually make up one of a couple images that will form a panoramic.   Here is another photo of the downtown Reno skyline.

Ron:

Forgot to ask when we met; since you’re so close, how about a side trip to visit the Bay Area? Leave the camper, bring the truck…do another dinner, this time with Connie, who I’m sure would love to meet you both…

You are the master of city skylines. My aunt and uncle just got back from a week in Reno and S. Lake Tahoe. They are the gaming type. You guys probably swapped cash, lol.

Thanks Richard – we probably did!

That’s a great idea Gary. It would be nice to meet Connie. I really need to spend some extended time in the Bay Area one of these days soon, so I think I will save the dinner invite until then. Thanks!

Hey Carl!

I don’t know – after walking around later downtown I must say I felt a lot safer around a bunch of wolves!
