That mountain is about 5,000 feet high, and since, the base is just above sea-level, that altitude is all mountain.

I hear ya, I’ve been checking the weather for the western Kenai Peninsula – but there is a long term storm for at least a week. But last time she erupted, the eruptions lasted over 6 months. Luckily, now that I am unemployed… yeah got laid off on Wednesday… it looks like I’ll have some free time:)
