Saguaro cactus, Tonto National Forest, Arizona.
With clouds in the sky, and a gap above the horizon to the East – I though sunrise this morning could be epic! But, it was nothing. So, I used the nice light to play with these guys instead.

Really graphic and 3D looking, that light works great on the cacti, Ron.
Great shot Ron. The color in the sky nicely sets off the cacti. Great group too – it’s often hard to find so many classic shapes together.
Thanks Russ!
Thanks Phil – good point, going back with my 3D cameras!
Nice cactus shots Ron
I really like your use of perspective in this shot Ron.
There’s so often surprises in store in photography, and you have the knack of turning disappointments into opportunities! That’s a dramatic photo and gives a real 3D effect.
Thanks a lot!
