That's what I was telling you about, Slab City, such an interesting place. When we were kids , it was something new every year when we drove down there! For us kids, it was so exciting. The people you'd meet & the coolest " artistic " work to gawk at. My mom & Dad liked going there, too. I am so glad you & Janine got down there. Have you been there before? A long time ago they were going to make the Salton Sea Area into a resort for the rich. I'm not sure what happened, but now it's a resort for the weirdly inclined! I love it! You've also gotten some great other pics I was looking at on your site; The lynx is really cool. Perfect side shot! And the grizzlies. I am a bear fanatic! The breaching whale is beautiful!!
