Along the wharf, San Francisco, California.
We are working hard to keyword / edit / adjust our photos from our fall trip, so I thought I would share a few new ones.
Here is another one from San Francisco. Thanks to 80 degree plus temperatures, this area was packed with visitors and locals most of the day. But, as busy as this place was during the day, I was surprised at just how quite and peaceful it was at sunrise.

I bet many people are dreaming of warmer weather like this right now. I love the even exposure and of course the light is great too!
Beautiful place and capture Ron
Nice light Ron. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the images.
Love the soft light here Ron. Nice!
This is beautiful, Ron! The city can be magic any time of day, but it really goes to a different level at twilight!

Thanks everyone!
Eric – I’m one of those missing that nice weather!

These are sooo beautiful! I’m sitting here bundled up and looking outside at about 10 inches of snow…how I wish I could be in California right now!
Great photo. Not just ones on this post, all of them on your whole site. They provoke my emotions. Thanks for them…

@ Digital Backround Gal – I hear you – it was 11 degrees hear this a.m. Thanks!
@ Slot Thank you!
I do most of my best nature and landscape work in the “sweet light” of sunrise and sunset.
I’ve had those same experiences of the scenic site that is normally so crowded that it’s hard to make a compelling image, but at sunrise is deserted.
Sometimes it’s hard to drag myself out of bed, but it’s a great time to shoot!
