Stormy Light near Moab, Utah.
We had some great stormy weather during the first days of our trip to Moab. I would love to be there someday for a snowstorm!

Ooh, I love light like this, that incredible spot light effect, it’s like you’re able to put a giant flash on a big arm and put it right there, except you can’t and you have to wait for the powers that be to let a hole happen in a cloud, and when it does, its really exciting!
Thanks Laurent – that was my same thought – it was like a giant spot light, and it couldn’t have been shining in a better place!
I agree – perfectly timed with the light. Makes for great contrast. Gotta love the Moab area!
