The Moab Photo Symposium occurs in May each year. You might want to mix business with pleasure, get a hold of the organizers to be one of the photographer experts? Or if you want to your business manager/wife to set you up with your own workshop, Moab's Facility and Event Promoter can lend advice about meeting spaces and permits and such. moabutah dot info has details.
