A visitor taking a photo along the Top of the World Highway very near the Yukon / Alaska border. I’m not sure if the name plants the seed in my mind, but it really does seem like you are driving on the top of the world on this narrow, muddy road they call a highway. It is fairly remote, but beautiful country and very few people. I didn’t talk to this guy as he seemed to be enjoying the solitude as much as I – but I thought he added an interesting foreground element for a photo.

Incredible view.
Excellent shot, I think people make a lot of landscapes more interesting if they are incorporated properly. Did they ever come up your way when they taped Amazing Race a few years ago?
yet another spot I have always wanted to experience. The “model” does make the scene, I also like the little cairn next to him.

Richard, if the Amazing Race did, I didn’t hear about it. I didn’t see that episode, but I don’t think they past through Seward. They were hear a few years ago looking for contestants – that could have been interesting.
