Fog rising off the ocean, Resurrection Bay, Seward, Alaska.
There isn’t a need to step outside, or to even look at the thermometer – when fog like this is rising off the ocean, I know its cold!

Ah yes, the view is more important than the home. The views add so much that it all becomes a wonderful package. While I love our places they would be so much less than they are without the views!
